Communication was inconsistent from the beginning, and I often had to follow up multiple times just to get updates on my project. Timelines that were discussed were not met, and there was little proactive explanation about the delays. The quality of the finished work did not meet my expectations, especially considering the price. Some details appeared rushed, and I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed professionally. Customer service goes a long way in this industry, and I did not feel valued as a client. "We were very pleased with the end result and believe that the drawers will definitely add value to our home as well as making life a lot easier for my wife. As we age it becomes much harder to bend over and fish out a particular pan or pot. As a whim we decided to look into sliding drawers. Linda, the senior designer, sat down with us, discussed our problems and needs, and then showed us how they could help. Once we decided what we wanted, their installer Joe came out and measured the cabinets and discussed with my wife what she wanted in each drawer so they could be customized for that use. After several months, during which time the drawers were being made, Joe came out and did the installation. Everything fit perfectly. The drawers are expensive and that initially surprised me, but the fact that they are extremely high quality materials and that they are custom made for our cabinets made them worth the investment."

"Phillip and his crew were terrific to work with. He wasn't the lowest bid, but having talked with each bidder, he was definitely the most knowledgeable so worth the difference. He and the crew were on time, friendly, and worked every day until the job was finished. For the most part, Phillip is on site for the work. Clean up was great. We had three different colors going, some rotted wood to replace, and many bushes and trees that had to be worked around. The shutters were sprayed to change the color, and after that was completed and the sprayer cleaned, I found 4 more shutters in the garage that are extras. Very cordially set up again and sprayed those as well. I can highly recommend Phillip and Vice Versa Painting."
