"Removed old hot water tank and replaced it with a tankless hot water heater. Work was done in crawl space with less than six feet height available in work area. All done in a few hours last September. It's now the following August (11 months or so later). Everything seems to be working okay. Workmen were polite, professional, timely, focused on the job, carried away all the old parts and cleaned up well---we were quite pleased with the whole process."

"Excellent! I called Cape Fear Heating & Air (based on Angie’s list reviews) after years of having my home warranty company send different service providers to my house to assess the problem and tell me that the heat was working properly, although the heat would stop working and the house was cold. The temperature on the thermostat was much lower than what it was set to, yet the heat wouldn’t come on. The technician, Brandon, ran diagnostics & quickly found the problem. He then walked me to the unit to show me what the problem was. This was occurring right before Thanksgiving when I was expecting guests. Brandon assured me that my heat would be working properly before the first guest arrived and he was true to his promise! The heat works perfectly now! Great job! I would highly recommend this company."

"Very responsive and professional. They were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions while I was researching plumbers and the best way to approach my hot water tank replacement. Given their great service and the quality of their work, I thought their pricing was competitive. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again."

"Excellent, prompt, courteous and professional service all the way from initial contact from ARS quickly reaching out to me to set up an appointment to the work done by their technician. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional and proved to be very knowledgeable and skilled in his profession. He quickly identified the problem with my water heater and had it fixed in a short amount of time. I am very impressed with ARS and will use their services again in the future for any plumbing needs. I highly recommend ARS."

"My repairman was great, he was upfront he noticed a few things that were in need of repair. I decided not to go with the gas line because it wasn't budget friendly but did get my water heater flushed and my line fixed."

"Great service. They came in and assessed the issue and provided options for the replacement of our gaspack. The company was knowledgeable on each option and answered all of our questions. Prior to install we had a walkthrough to double check they had all the parts for the new gaspack, and completed the install of the new device in less time than anticipated the following day."

"Dennis and Dwayne are awesome people. Detail-oriented, patient, good fellas. They did a bang-up job installing a new tankless water heater. Dwayne is heckin strong. Dennis is wicked smart. Pretty sure these guys build nuclear-powered space rockets for fun on the weekend. Check em out."

"Highly recommended. I had a simple repair of a leaking kitchen sink faucet. I did not have the proper tools or expertise for the job. I was very satisfied with JD Service Now. The dispatcher was prompt and professional. They called me before the plumbing technician arrived with an ETA. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater. The rate was relatively reasonable for a 20 minute call; at least compared to estimates for the other 2 companies. I will keep this companies number in my phone contacts for future home repairs."

"They provided great service. Showed up on time, removed the old water heaters and installed the new unit quickly and efficiently. They couldn't have been more cooperative. They arranged for the City plumbing inspector to check their work and it passed with flying colors. Overall, as pleasant an experience as one can have when you suddenly find you have no hot water and it's going to cost around $4,000 to get it back.
