They tore out the old insulation, which was soaked due to the leak, had been installed incorrectly decades ago and had chicken wire holding it up.  Despite moist and dirty conditions in the cramped crawlspace, they worked efficiently and quickly. They bagged and loaded the old insulation to take with them for disposal.
