"The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. "I hired Geno's company to do a full residing and gutter replacement. Geno was very professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns in a patient and professional manner. His crew was punctual, very respectful and performed a fantastic job. They had a bit of bad weather with the heat wave at the beginning of the job and horrible rains at the end of the job which, I'm sure, made it very challenging for them; however, regardless, they performed a fantastic job and I absolutely LOVE my new siding and gutters. All of the debris from each day was cleaned up before they left every evening which was fantastic. Geno was so wonderful to work with, I have referred him to others and am currently trying to figure out how I can hire him again to replace my roof!
