"Brad and his team installed commercial grade monkey bars in our backyard. My husband and I had originally planned on doing the install ourselves, only to realize we were in way over our heads. We contacted Brad and immediately felt at ease by how knowledgeable and professional he was. He asked many important questions about the project and told us what needed to be done to ensure this was safely installed. He and his team did a wonderful job with install and cleanup. The project involved pouring concrete and I was nervous about there being a mess, but Brad came prepared with tarps and everything was well protected. He even worked around our aggressive timeline and had the project completed in less than a week from when we first called him. "When we moved into our house, I hated the closet in the master bedroom. It was a terrible layout and much of what little space was there was being wasted. I knew I wanted to change it but wasn't quite sure how. I called Bryan, he was at my house within a couple days, looked at the closet and drew up a plan for how it could be fixed. Within 24 hours he emailed me the estimate with a copy of the layout. His guy Tim came last week and renovated my closet and I just love it. In the same amount of space we can fit so much more. "Sept 13, 2017 Jim Rice visited our laundry room to check and give estimate. He indicated that he will have to open the wall. He will re-route the pipes. Install new one lever faucet for washer recessed in the wall above the washer in a box. He will change sink faucet. He indicated that he will be able to do the job on Friday Sept 22, 2017. His estimate was between $200 and $250. On Sept 14 afternoon, I awarded the project to Jim Rice. Since job was simple and straightforward and only Jim was involved, I did not see necessity of getting in written details of the job described verbally by Jim during the estimate. On Sept 22, 2017 Jim arrived at 8:15 am. He finished the job by 11 am. His methods were different than I read about plumbing. He did not open the wall. Re-routing was done outside the wall. He did not find it necessary to install a recessed box for the washer faucet. We did not get 43” clear height. It was just about 41 and 7/8”. Because of that we did not get more depth on the platform that I was expecting. Re-routing is not done but not nicely (pipes are not in parallel. It works but does not look professional). He charged $250. As seen in the photos I installed the washer but could not take deep enough due to lack of height of the new piping. Object of the project was partially met but original plan described during the estimate was not followed."
