"Our provider was kind and courteous. She had all of the supplies she needed. She had a clear understanding of the service we were requesting. We have had other services, but this has been the most thourough any service has been thus far. Cleaned the soap residue off the shampoo bottles in the tub. Many things were what I would consider above the routine business that needed to be done. Hotel style toilet paper with a label, bag liner placed in bathroom garbage cans, all were nice touches. Based upon our satisfaction, we are definately planning on continuing to use ProMaids."

"500 sqft vacant cabin, basically cleaning a kitchen and super tiny bathroom, charged me $365, the cleaner said it was her first day, bad job, glass on the carpet, didn't clean the ceiling fans, turned on air conditioner and left it on when they left, didn't lock up the house when leaving, horrible customer service and conflicting invoicing and company names, very unprofessional"
