"We initially contacted The Patio and Fireplace since they were the original installer on our new home 19 years ago and had checked it 6 years ago. We told him that it would shut down intermittently and he diagnosed the issue immediately as a faulty electrical connection. He also vacuumed, cleaned the glass replaced the embers and even painted a scratch that was on the unit.
