He came prepared, I unfortunately gave him a wrong measurement (All my fault, I was off by a lot!) but Rich was a pro and brought extra and saved the day! Rich worked hard and nonstop, even fixing another problem I had on the spot. Whatever the project threw at him. Rich always knew what to do and would explain to me the options. "Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."

I get it though it was bad I was beside Kevin. Ethan went in there and got that mofo unclogged and had it down the drain seemed like 10 minutes or so but I was upchucking last nights dinner out the other side at this point still. Ethan then referred me to clean up services whom came out and cleaned my bathroom up for me I just could not bring myself to it and had to tip them for bearing with the smell I felt so bad. They didnt make me feel embarrassed either about the situation. Will hire again next time I do this."
