Rick, the Project Manager, and Todd, Chuck, Shawn and Jack, the service techs who worked on the deck, were excellent, very professional and neat, cleaning up every day. When I started talking with Rick about this project, I thought it wasn't going to possible for me to have everything taken care of in one undertaking. I must admit that cost was the major stumbling block. The deck is large and lumber/material costs took my breath away. On the one or two occasions that I mentioned something that needed attention, they were very responsive and accommodating. There are 4 BR, 3.5 baths, LR, DR, kitchen, FR, gameroom, and laundry room. Last week they cleaned one of my kitchen cabinets and washed the Waterford crystal inside for a small additional fee. "Initially, I was pleased with the work done...the wait was minimal for them to put me on the schedule. The porch was power washed, repaired, resurfaced and sealed exactly as quoted. They cleaned up nicely too. And the results were like a brand new front step without any evidence that repairs were done. I've had a couple of issues since the work has been done...but the company has been very responsive to my issues. This last time the supervisor personally came and fixed the issues himself.
