"Had some minor difficulty locating stud for one bar. The second bar did not have a hollow wall and the wall behind the tile was concrete requiring a different tool. He did do some cleanup of concrete dust from the tub but pushed residua dust down the drain."

"The entire process went smoothly. The reservation went quickly, once we paid an extra $200 to reduce the pickup window to 3 days. The pickup and drop off process also went well. The car was returned in the same condition we left it. We would recommend using United Freight."

"In February I was informed that my furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger. I live in a manufactured home and the furnace is on the main level of the house. I wanted the furnace moved to the basement. That meant pretty much all new ductwork as well as new returns. The air conditioner was as old as the furnace so rather than be inconvenienced this summer having to replace it, I decided to have both replaced. After doing much research, I decided to go the extra step and have a heat pump installed rather than an air conditioner. The project manager, Mike, was very informed on all of the equipment and spent enough time with me to be sure I understand the workings of a heat pump. I only have access to propane where I live and with the cost of propane increasing every year, a heat pump is a viable option. I work full time and have a medium sized dog. The gentlemen showed up on time the first day so I could get them in to look at the scope of the work. They were very nice and interacted with my dog to set me at ease. We arranged an equally acceptable schedule where my Dad could be here during the day in case they needed anything and even contacted him directly if they're schedule changed. I certainly would have been comfortable having them enter my house whether or not anyone was here. The job ultimately took 12 days to complete. The work space in my basement was all cleaned up and the old equipment hauled away. They even left the copper piping for my Dad to scrap for a few bucks! No weekend work so I still had my weekends to run errands. A couple of days after they finished, I asked that one of their technicians come by in the afternoon when I could be here to explain the workings of the heat pump and thermostat. They accommodated my schedule and a gentleman came by on his way home and went over all of the new equipment and what service I need to do to keep things in top shape. All in all a painless experience. <br />"

"Karl is an excellent handy man & did top notch work for us. Definitely would use again. New roof to replace 30+ year old roof on our older home. Glass block windows to replace ancient steel windows in basement along with cleaning up & sealing the wall. Door not closing properly, fixed that right up as well. Great & honest! Took time to explain what he was doing, approximately how long job would take, all round great guy! Truly appreciative!"

"This review is for an Onyx shower only. They don?t read instructions and install everything how they see fit, from the walls, shelves and drain. Reluctant to fix anything, because it will be a complete redo. Instead, insist it is installed correctly, when it is not. Definitely will be issues down the road. If they do a shower for you, inspect their work carefully before your final payment. "

"Highly recommended. Skilled and professional. Brien and his crew did a great job, and they’re courteous, friendly and very considerate of your home. Also Brien is very responsive (texts and/or calls). Easy to keep in touch with him. We hired them to remove a load-bearing wall that separated the kitchen from the living room. The job required installing a support beam and re-routing 3 AC ducts to circulate air upstairs. They had to open the other kitchen wall and ceiling to install the AC ducts. We were in a hurry, this whole job required a permit and Brien was able to get it in record time. Plus the inspector that came told me a couple of times how good of a job these guys did at my house. The second job we asked them to do was replacing the tile floor with laminate wood in the kitchen, living room, bathroom and hall (about 550 sq ft). Lastly we asked them to remove a concrete walkway in the back of the house. They did a great job on all these projects and they were also so nice to help me with a couple of extra things that saved me time and money. Highly satisfied. Will definitely hire again."
