Honorio was friendly and responsive throughout the entire process from quote to finish, including answering my many questions. We had them paint the entirety of our house, including multiple colors/sheens and including our screened-in deck which was a mixture of paint and stained areas. Everything looked great, and the few areas that needed a touch-up/fix were promptly handled. There was minor damage to one of our downspouts (most likely from a ladder), but Honorio replaced the damaged section without any fuss. The crew masked off all the important bits and cleaned up the area each day leaving no mess. Honestly, a professional, hard-working crew of painters that's the best I've ever used. "Ernesto took photos of our 70x15 foot shed, prepared a detailed estimate describing each step of the work to be done, waited until the weather was good for painting, and he his very courteous employees worked steadily for hours each good day to complete the job. The shed was scraped and sanded until the boards were smooth. The shed is beautifully primed and painted. It looks like the shed is enclosed in plastic. Gorgeous. Ernesto Valladares made sure the area was cleaned up after the work was done. Great job!"

"Albert came out and gave me quote, and seemed very courteous, but said I was outside his normal service area of the city of Charlotte. He agreed to do the work in two weeks, and said he would call to confirm. he never called or showed. I called back the following week, and again he scheduled a day to come out. He never called or showed. I had to request refund today because it has been 30 days since I purchased it."
