"I contacted All Clear Sewer and Drain Sunday night and he had someone over by Monday morning. The gentleman that came to work on our kitchen drain was kind and finished the job in a short time. Drain works great, and the price was very reasonable. Wasn’t a crazy emergency, but no one wants to deal with plumbing issues, glad I hired this company found on Angi."

"Sunday service call: apparently there was a big blockage in the drain pipe because the service man had to use a few/several machines/methods to dislodge the blockage. My complaint is : I asked about some dirty mess on the wall left after the procedure. He told me to use "409" cleaner. (ok I thought to myself) Then after he and his associate left, I saw quite a bit of mess on the walls and woodwork. I was very very irritated! I called the service man the next day to express my feelings about the big mess left and that he did not try to clean it up. He said, "that wasn't his job". I felt that he could have taken the responsibility to clean up better and apologize for the mess. Also, his associate put his dirty hands on the walls. When I mentioned this, he hung the phone up. I called back and we talked further and told him that he did work hard to unclog the main line. I felt that he charged me too much in light of the fact he made a mess in the 1/2 bath."

"Tore checked that everything inside the toilet was working properly, and then prepared to reset the toilet to verify that the wax seal was tight under the toilet as well. This particular toilet had been installed less than two years ago by another plumbing company, and we had been skeptical about the quality of their installation, especially since they had used several wedges under the edge of the toilet to try to make it level with the floor. When Tore lifted the toilet up to start the resetting process, he discovered that the wax seal from the 2016 installation had been poorly done, and that was the source of our sewer gas leak. Tore re-installed the toilet with a tighter seal, and only required one small wedge to level it with the floor. We were very impressed with Tore's professionalism and his honesty. He is knowledgeable and efficient. We would definitely contact Queen City Plumbing again, and specifically request to work with Tore."

"First appointment was for a Wednesday.  Guy was (called to advise me) and said he wouldn't be doing the work that day (I was disappointed since I had scheduled for when I was off work).  Another guy came 2 days later to complete the work.  He was very nice and got all the work done to my full satisfaction.  The price seemed very high to me, but I haven't had any plumbing work done for a long time, so I may just not be up with current prices.  I paid the electrician by the hour; the plumbers charged by the job."
