Serge even came out late to tarp the roof until it could get repaired so that I didnâ t have any further damage to the house waiting for the roof. They were very nice to work with. Great people. "Our is 2.5 storey and steep roof. Owner visited and without getting on roof told me that you need to replace 2 flashings. The house is 9 years old and according to him ( I am not sure) it is better to replace flashing after 10-12 years any way. I think flashing should have same about 30 years life of roof. However, I accepted the recommendation as cost was $150. Also, I don't think they inspected or did anything on other side of the roof. He sent Brian in the following week to carry out work. Brian is really hardworking honest guy. He spent about 4 hours on roof to replace flashing and nail down singhles on one side of roof. I was not happy since they didn't even look at other side of roof. Since my $200 +79 was worth their effort of 4 hours I am OK with the service provided. However, I felt that they are giving this deal to generate more business. and chnging of flushing was not necessary. Anyway I was happy with Brian and hence I am giving A other wise I would have given B."

"More drama certainly than I'd hoped or intended with this transaction:
- Took a fair bit of effort to communicate, coordinate, and see the project through
- Weather-Tite asserted that the roof had hail damage, necessitating engagement of insurance assessor who (maybe unsurprisingly) disagreed; ultimately no action was taken based on the differing assessments of this unplanned issue
- When work was ultimately performed, there was an incident wherein a caulk gun was dropped off the roof and onto our car's windshield and hood, necessitating windshield replacement and body work
- On the latter, Weather-Tite immediately took responsibility and did pay for this, but again payment receipt took some prodding and reminding before it was finally received

"The installation of our new roof could not have gone better. Premiere worked well with our insurance company. It's been awhile but I believe we decided to pay a little more on our own to upgrade to architectural roofing shingles which have more durability and last longer. Well worth it for the peace of mind. I'd use Premiere again in a heartbeat but I hope it's not for another new roof because that will mean severe weather came our way again and I wouldn't wish that on our neighborhood again."

"I'm VERY impressed with the owner, Brandon and the work that he did. Ice storm caused my American Elm to fall. Not only fall, but damage my neighbor's chain link fence. I got a couple of quotes, in the same general price range, but Brandon was the only one who even mentioned the fence. He advised that I only needed to replace the top bar instead of the entire fence. And then offered to replace it for me at no extra charge. I only had to supply the bar. He was professional, did what he said he would and left the area clean (see before and after pics). Although he didn't ask for it, I did pay him extra for the fence. After all, he saved me the trouble of having to hire someone else to do it. I will hire A&B Lawn & Tree again and highly recommend."
