"I first called to have someone come out and measure for a free estimate. He offered several options although I knew pretty much what I wanted. I sent my partial payment and they arranged to have Digger's Hotline out. I obtained a permit and not too much after that they called to let me know the guys would be coming in a few days. I was a little concerned as I've had situations before where the sales person offered solutions and the workers that arrived didn't quite live up to expectations. That was not the case at all this time. The guys that did the work did a fantastic job. They were very careful to close up all the nooks and crannies so there's no way for my dog to get out, while still making the fence visually appealing over uneven ground, a tree just barely creeping over the fence line, etc. They cleaned up well before leaving and reminded me to call if any boards popped loose or cracked. I've gotten several comments on how nice the fence looks. Both the estimator and the guys the did the work arrived on time."

"Consult appointments were on time and very informative. They talked about the other brands available, but did not "trash talk" those systems. Cassie was able to work with our financial needs and got a good payment plan set up. The Jump Start training was <br /> great for Dawson, he came back home a very happy boy. He even got a complimentary bath and nail trimming. Installation went smooth and was virtually mess free. There were only three spots in the yard that were dug up, and that was on either side of the driveway, and up tight against the garage.
