"Richard brought a friend to help with the work. They arrived at the time promised each day and worked diligently until they got the job done. Repairs included screwing down loose boards, repairing flower boxes and caps, and replacing a small section of siding. Excellent work. They even stained the skirting around the deck, which was over and above our original agreement. Price was good considering the quality of work and the extra work performed. <br /> One reason we chose to use Richard was because he was able to repair the lintel over our garage door without replacing all the trim boards. Other handymen had told us that the trim on the sides would have to be replaced in addition to the piece across the top. Richard was able to repair just the parts that were rotten. He also caulked the siding above the door to prevent future damage. <br /> Richard is very busy, so I did have to call him a couple times to get our job scheduled. Other than that, the job went extremely well. <br />"

"We started the project on 17 June 2013, the majority of the work was finished by 1 September 2013. There were a few problems with the tile on the shower floor and some finishing tasks in the bathroom that have now been addressed. Andy has great vision and imagination when you are planning your project.  He explains how he will install your shower to guarantee that it won't leak...my husband, a structural engineer, was very impressed with the system. My only complaint with Gullion tile is that they have too many projects at one time for the number of staff.  This sometimes caused workers to be assigned tasks they were ill-qualified to do.  This would cause delays in the project when the work had to be redone. Our bathroom, bedroom, powder and laundry room now look great and I show them off every chance I get.  Andy is friendly and really wants you to be pleased with the result."

"It looks fantastic. Kevin and his crew opened up our wall 6 feet wide and installed 2 French doors. They finished in 2 days and made sure that everything was patched up and perfect before they would accept payment to make sure we were happy with the work. Kevin is very kind and a hard worker. He literally came to finish up at our house the morning before he had surgery in the afternoon. Dedication. Definitely would hire again."

"Overall, I was pleased with their work and professionalism.  We had issues during the installation as there was a mix up in communication between us and them on the exact color of the sashes that we ordered.  However, that was probably a lot of our fault as well.  They worked with us that day to figure out a go forward plan that was acceptable to both parties.  I thought the Windows they installed and their work were top notch.  They were really good at communicating with us and where there when they said they would be there.  Would definitely use them again and would consider using them for a new house as well instead of relying on builder grade windows and installation issues. <br />"
