When the chimney sweep men came, they evaluated my chimney from the outside first and came to the door. He said he could do the sweep and charge me, but wouldn't recommend we burn a fire in our fireplace. He walked outside with me and showed me and explained the problems with the original build of the chimney, why it wasn't explained in our home-buying inspection and what would need to be done to correct it. He answered my questions and gave me a referral for a direct vent for a gas fireplace conversion that I asked him for. So refreshing to have a company come out who looked out for the safety of our home & family over making a quick buck. If I had cash, I would have a least given him a tip for the time he took to drive and talk with me. His knowledge was invaluable. We need more businesses like Archway Clean Sweep to take care of our homes!"

"Only 1 person showed up to clean house, young man evidently has a huge problem seeing dirt that still needs to be taken care of. Supposed to be 2 for window washing only one showed up initially. Part of very expensive new door broken while removing or replacing grids but we just wanted everything to be over and did not inform them of this damage. Overall, I would give a C- because at least things are cleaner but people who advertise cleaning services need to employ people who can actually deliver the service in a competent manner."

"Ryan came twenty minutes before our appointment to set up so he could start on time. He did our patio, side and backyard steps, windows, gutters, house and siding. He was professional, quick, and did a great job. He also pointed out some problems with our brick grout. I was happy with his price with all the work he did. After he was finished, he asked me come out and go around the house to make sure I was happy with the results. I would diffenltly recommend him."
