"We were scammed, he said he cleaned our hot water heater, then proceeded to say our ignitor needed to replaced but kept insisting our hot water heater was on its last leg, and we needed something new, he said he would have to return another time, then charged us 475$. I knew something was up so I canceled service with him, a different plumber we trusted came by and said it’s obvious no service was done and said our hot water heater was fine. They replaced the ignitor and cleaned our system properly for only 505$."

When confronted them they lied on diagnostics to AHS, they said they did not send that to them. A bill over 900 to replace faucets. Bunch of scammers. Do not use."
