His price was slightly higher than others, but there was a lot of magnolia leaves. He nicked some styrofoam pipe insulation while weedeating at the rear of the house that'll need repair, but I didn't think to ask in advance that he be careful around it. Overall, great job. <br />"

Now when the A/C runs, exhaust water flows over the waterfall and into my pond. </p> <p>We have a hilled Garden, and he built the steps to the upper level allowing access to a bench where solitude and viewing may be had. </p>"

"I had a back-splash removed and it left a large whole in the wall.  I called Pokorn and asked if he could have someone install new drywall the next day.  He said that he could and the job was done well and at a reasonable price.  I will use Pokorn in the future."

"Things were great in the beginning, installed pool ahead of schedule. Owner very attentive. Then things went south. Concrete around pool an absolute sub- standard quality project. Apron around pool not even, had to call concrete guy back 3 times. Very messy. Owner's answer, apply Kool deck will give it a more perfect look. add'l 3K later Kool deck had to be redone couple of times. It was ok at first now has fade spots. Installed water line tile and this was not quality work as well. Caulking was uneven, wide in some areas narrow in others, not flush with tile. The owner refuses to see the issue. He did take off the tile and replace with different tile and different grout lines. STILL POOR QUALITY WORK. When you make a purchase on something of this price you want to walk out of your back yard and be ecstatic but that will never be. Yes I do have a swimmable pool but cosmetically very disappointed. Jake the owner is not experienced enough to do these jobs and has an answer/excuse for everything. His quote was market prices but the work was so not worth it. Jake has been installing pools for a very short time and did not disclose this to us. <br />"
