"due to severe hot weather and lots of rain, I needed quick response as insects were in the attic and we could hear them 24/7. Called couple places and went with Greenix because price was more reasonable than other places, and Kyle explained on the phone what could and could not be done in great detail and answered all my questions for an hour. We have lived in our house for 40 years and every 10 years or so, we need to get a pest control in quickly. Kyle checked with the various satellite sites of technicians and found someone to come out the very next day in the morning which seems to be unheard of these days with businesses. We went with the 1yr service because the insects we have sometimes need more than 1 trip to eradicate them, plus the visits were unlimited if we still had the same problem, but don't expect that. Scheduled visits every quarter are what we wanted as we live next to the woods and our back yard is where the woods begin, so we wanted insect protection year round. "

"In the spring of 2011 I contacted Ellis Wildlife Control about the squirrels nesting in between my walls. The first time we spoke, Mike questioned me about what I was hearing and determined that there were probably baby squirrels in there and we should wait until they were able to leave the nest. Several weeks later Mike came out and set traps. The squirrels were removed, and their entryways closed up. Problem solved... until... <br /> <br /> in November of 2011, a squirrel got down the chimney and chewed through the wire to the blower for the wood stove. I called Mike and he came out the next day. Turns out the chimney sweep had not replaced the wire cover after cleaning the flue. "I called for an on-going skunk spraying issue at my home.  My call was promptly returned and a site visit was set up.  Len showed up on time, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable.  <br /> He immediately set the traps, showed me how to release them (if  needed to for an errant animal like a <br /> bird).  Though the skunks were never trapped (which he felt they were not living on the property)  , two ground hogs were.  He <br /> immediately took care of the animal removal when I notified him (including on a Sunday).   Over a several week course, Len would follow-up directly with me to see how things were going, move the traps as needed, etc.   If I discovered something or had questions,  I would text this info to him and he would adjust his strategy  of trap placement (including ground hog siting, holes where skunks had been digging for grubs, etc.).  All my questions and texts were always responded to in short time and with detailed explanations .  <br /> In summary, Len was a pleasure to work with and displayed nothing but professionalism and I felt he was well informed and knowledgeable about his approach to addressing my skunk issue.  I would certainly recommend his services for critter control. <br />"

"On 9/14/2013 a pest inspector arrived on time and performed an excellant inspection of the inside and ouside of my home. He found insect cocoons and debris inside my home which he could not identify and took samples which he would send to a lab for identification. He recomended a spray treatment. I signed a contract and paid in advance for a year's service. <br />      On 9/18 the technicians sprayed and placed bait inside and outside my house. I questioned the type of outside bait stations being used because some were sticking out of the ground and would make mowing difficult. I was under the impression that the bait stations would be buried. I also asked about the insect sample . They did not know but would get back to me. <br />      On 9/20 I called about the sample. Will get back to me. I assumed by then they had probably lost it. <br />      On 10/01 I received a bill for $667.80 which was more than the signed contract.  I called Terminix and was told <br /> the bill was in error. I asked for a corrected invoice and was told that one would be sent to me. I also inquired about the insect sample. I was told a manager would contact me. As of 10/22 I have not received a corrected invoice or a phone call. <br />"

"The initial response & pre-inspection was efficient with knowledgeable staff. Owner called back within 24 hours to discuss quote and the process. That told me that this company cares about the service they provide and their customers. The pre-inspection was very thorough with roof & basement inspections of the chimney. Staff were extremely polite!!! Day of install was moved up because of a cancellation. They were on time and  time estimate for the project was as provided. Outstanding job!!! Clean-up was also outstanding.  No negativity through-out the project.  If you need chimney work, this is your team. <br />"
