"Very happy with the egress window that was installed in our basement. The company was very attentive to open communication and our needs as customers. The contractors kept me informed and ask for my approval/concerns throughout the project. Work was completed in a timely manner. The work site was kept as neat and organized as possible when digging down several feet into the ground and cutting out a concrete slab from a basement wall. Crossroads Foundation Repair is professional, friendly, and detailed in their work."

"Installation was very professional and seamless. My only complaint is that we were advised to have "our" painters stain the doors, i.e. not included in the estimated cost for the doors. I did not realize that it would cost another $900. to complete this process. I would have appreciated a ball park figure for this additional bill."

"Due to heavy traffic Mr. Portera called and explained it would take him a little longer to arrive to our appointment. I understood and appreciated his call. <br /> Once he arrived he provided his Feldco ID to assure us he was legit.  (My father is over 90 years old and this is a concern of ours.)  <br /> He gave us the detailed history of Feldco, he also was equipped with an actual sample of a window.  He carefully explained how the windows were crafted, each feature and how they would help us conserve energy.  He also showed us options available.  <br /> Mr. Portera also took the time to let us know how the installation process worked.   <br /> He called the office to get a date for installation, once confirmed he gave us his business card to call him directly with any problems or concerns.  <br /> The installers were prompt in arriving the day of installation.  I would have rated them an A on professionalism if they had not accidentally stepped on the telephone jack tearing it from the wall.  But accidents do happen. <br />"

"Eric knows his stuff, he was punctual, honest, did not try to sell me things I did not need, and preformed the work completely to my satisfaction, which is no easy task. I am about to hire him again to install a secondary sump with battery backup. <br />"
