"They came early on Friday and had the entire old and cracking double wide driveway and apron ripped out, new gravel and subsurface graded and rolled and all prepped for Paving . Said they would be here at Mon at 8am and they showed up at 7:30 ready to work, They were done before noon and did an awesome job. Cleaned up every bit of spilled paving material. The crew was absolutely fantastic, Polite, Courteous and definitely Professional. Their estimate was a little higher than the other two but Joe (the Owner) took the time to fully explain everything he was going to do and the reasons why . Overall a Fantastic job!"

"We hired Todd to repair water damage we experienced in our home. Todd took on the entire job from removing all the furniture on the 1st floor and refinishing the hard wood floors throughout the 1st floor. We had a lot of water damage on the 1st floor that made it way into the basement damaging walls and other content. Todd and his crew repaired the basement stairs, and installed new chicken wire on the basement walls and refinished the walls with concrete along with pouring 2 new slabs in areas that were compacted earth. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work. Todd and his crew went above and beyond what any other contractor would have done to my home. Asphalt paving repairs or patches FAQs
With routine maintenance, a new residential asphalt driveway can last 15 to 20 years. In regions with heavy rain or freeze-thaw cycles, plan on extra maintenance to hit the upper end of that range. Concrete surfaces last even longer, from 20 to 25 years. Regular sealing and quick crack repairs go a long way toward preserving both materials.
You can pour new concrete over an existing driveway as long as the base slab is solid. Pros often place a three- to four-inch overlay to create a strong bond. If the old concrete is cracked or spalling badly, it’s wiser to remove it and start fresh to ensure durability.
Keep the surface in top shape by sealing it on schedule and tackling damage right away. Roll on a quality seal coat every three years for asphalt, and reseal concrete as needed while patching any flaws you spot. Staying ahead of small issues prevents bigger, pricier repairs and keeps your driveway looking sharp.
