The job was done top notch, the sidewalk and steps are great and it’s a pleasure to drive into the garage without having an issue with the sunken apron. I did have one question which was the holes they drilled to raise the areas are quite dark and I was it sure if they would “cure” to a lighter color or not. "The steps replacement was slightly more complex with the location being over an empty cavity rather than on level soil. The top foundation block were crumbling from water damage. Norsk was the only company to address the crumbling foundation block when I was getting quotes. Thanks for that, Randy! Norsk even arranged for someone to come to remove and install a new door and frame as this was necessary to be done at the same time. <br /> Note: There was one residual of an electrical line being accidentally pulled, but Norsk was on top of that immediately to resolve the problem. <br /> The Norsk work went smoothly and the final results are absolutely wonderful. I was very satisfied with the attention to details, response, and outcome. <br /> <br />"
