He was very good about communicating on the jobs. He showed up when he said he would and would text if there was a delay. "We had searched for a replacement door and side panel for our old, outdated one.  Our problem was that the door was an odd size.  The owner, John  Williams, searched and found us a ProVia door and side panel with beautiful stained glass.  It was rather expensive and took longer than we had anticipated, but it was worth it in the end.  It fits perfectly, looks beautiful, and keeps out all the cold air without a storm door.  We are quite pleased with it.
