"We had a french patio door and 11 windows replaced in our home in Stillwater, Mn. We were extremely pleased with all areas of the process. Although the project was originally planned for mid November and did not start until mid-December and the weather created a few issues, the project was completed in a timely manner once it was started. I was very pleased with our installation crew: Chris, Gabe and Tanner. They worked very hard, were very considerate and punctual. Our sales person, Chris, did an excellent job in explaining the construction and product, Marvin Infinity windows and doors. The QC inspector, Josh was extremely thorough. Very little work had to be redone but Josh made sure every scratch and defect was replaced. We were extremely pleased with the thoroughness of his work. He was able to prep my kitchen for my new counters by removing the 50 year old laminate on the backsplash and then did an AMAZING job on the installing the new backsplash tile. He also replaced the outlets so they matched. On other visits he adjusted my screen doors so they closed properly, patched the plaster in my bathroom ceiling so the painter could finish up their job, and re-caulked my tub. Scot is my go to person for all my handyman work. I have 2 additional jobs that Scot will be working on in the future."
