We selected Sierra red oak engineered hardwood, 3/4 inch thick. It was perfect for our needs & exudes a certain warmth & richness throughout the entirety of the space. The installation process was streamlined. They moved furniture from one side of the apartment to the other as they proceeded with installation. New baseboards were modern. They replaced a wooden saddle on the bathroom threshold & installed a new saddle on the kitchen threshold - both marble - with the same high-quality workmanship seen in the overall floor install. Their workers - including project manager, were professional & courteous, & protected the apartment while working in it. Their customer service & back-office support was exemplary ensuring Certificate of Insurance (COI), job scheduling & payment processing went smoothly. They also proactively ensured the home owner received a rebate that the materials supplier happened to offer at the time of ordering materials. Overall, a great experience! We love our new floors! Have already recommended them to a friend. Will continue doing so & will definitely use them on future projects."

"I had an ancient side door where the wood frame had rotted away. They had to completely remove the outer frame, install a new storm, re-route some Cable TV cables through the side of the door, and put in aluminum on the frame to match the rest of the house. The work was done quickly and very well. In addition to the quality of the work, which was great, what's most important to me was the communication. Scheduling this job was tough and they were very good at getting back to me to figure out the best time, which was tough because getting the right size door was not easy on the old house. and Home Depot kept changing the door's arrival date. There was a lot of back and forth to coordinate that and they were always very responsive. When I have more work like this, they are my first call."

"Dominick and his helper, Nicolaus, did a lot: Shaved down 17 doors so they can close properly and stay closed. Caulking - removed old caulking around bathtub and re-caulked, Fire Alarms - installed 6 Fire Alarms (on different floors), Weather Stripping for Entry Doors Upstairs & Downstairs, and I asked him if he could also install the Address sign on the outside for us & he even added painting a bathroom the same day. He was amazing. We are very happy with Dominick and would highly recommend him. We also had him come back another time to do another job (baseboard shoe molding). He did a beautiful job with the shoe molding too. He is reliable, trustworthly and hard working. Dominick takes pride in his work and wants to make sure his customers are happy. We will be asking Dominick to help us with any projects that come up. It's great to have someone you can rely on and who is nice to deal with."
