"SES always impresses us with their quality and attention to care but never before have we been as blown away by their professionalism as with our most recent project. Project involved removal of a metal spiral staircase, removal of cat urine saturated flooring, resealing and leveling of the floor, tiling, construction of a new wooden staircase, painting and staining of wooden staircase and (a request made after seeing how transformative this project was proving to be) cleaning, patching and painting of the walls and trim. Due to some hiccups, the project extended past the provided timeline and SES agreed (and again, this is after we threw a potential wrench in their plans making an additional request after the project commenced) to begin covering the cost of the continued boarding of the cats. In short, I cannot shout loudly enough our appreciation for SES!"

The old roof take was removed with attention to protecting existing flower beds and landscape. In general, they made sure the old roofing material and roofing nails were picked up. The new roof replacement was installed per factory design and recommendation. They replaced all the components associated with a roof replacement (new heavy duty felt, drip edge, flashing, valleys, etc. All components were replaced with care. No short cuts throughout the project. The crew did a wonderful job on install and the owner navigated us through the process. We are very happy with the final results and will surely use this company again. We have recommended Suburban Rooking to family and friends and everyone is equally as pleased."

"Mr. Lewis was easy to work with. A 7 to 10 day project took much longer because the crew did not show up when they could have worked. I had to call to get any action. Not sure of quality of paint (stain) but metal roofing paint only has a 3 year warranty. The same amount of energy is expelled placing a 10 or 15 year coating. I never haggled Mr. Lewis about his price. I certainly should have gotten a better quality paint. Also, roof was first to be checked for loose nails/screws. I saw 1 worker check and re-nail only one small area of the roof. Anything that was loose was to be removed and replaced with a fresh screw- one linger and with a larger diameter. I never saw that done."
