"The installers were very professional, answered any questions that I had. The rooms where the windows were replaced were as clean as they were before installation. The outside noise level was noticeably quieter and I am sure that my energy bills will be lower."

"The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and willing to provide a written quote on product cost and a verbal estimate of installation costs. The explanation for the estimate on installation was a company rep would have to visit my home to measure and finalize installation costs. We discussed a bronze aluminum product with the glass being insulated and low E. The screens were to be boxed screens which were recommended for durability. The product quoted was manufactured by PGT and a brochure was provided. <br /> The quote for product was $2935.00. <br /> I chose another company over Allied simply because upon visiting the chosen company i was able to talk in depth with a knowledgable person who later that day called with a quote. Although the quote was higher I liked the and quot;one on oneand quot; attention and information provided. <br />"

"Screens are not what they say. I have so many gnats and so much windblown dirt in the window seals it's awful. The site says 10% discount for seniors. At what age do they consider to be senior? I didn't receive a discount either time and i'm 62. The second salesman was nice but pushy and very quick to put the contract in front of us. Not to happy with that.Overlooked a few details I wanted to discuss. Loved the first salesman we had which was a much more mature and helpful gentleman. Call back on checking work after it was finished didn't happen the second time. Overall I think they are way overpriced. Waiting on third install."
