Found SealPro on this site, and after reading some reviews and checking their site I called and asked a few follow up questions. Satisfied with the answers I retained SealPro. There price was competitive with what I previously paid, but I can't say if the price was high, low or just right since I didn't get other estimates. Had to wait a while for them to schedule me, and that happened only when I called to inquire as to when they might be coming. I was told that due to the amount of rain they were a bit backed up (reasonable answer) and they could actually schedule me in a couple of days. They showed up on time, worked quickly and cleanly, and the driveway looks as good as one could hope for given what sealing does. The few questions I had when they were on site were answered well, and I felt very comfortable with my choice. Just have to manage your expectations because there were a few imperfections and I actually consulted someone I know out of state who explained to me what causes those imperfections, in that sealing is not a resurfacing and imperfections that were there previously sometimes become more noticeable with a fresh application of sealant."

"We called Ed soon after we moved into our home, and became aware of multiple issues present within the house. The issues included several cracks in the Concrete Foundation of the Basement, an ongoing problem with High Basement Humidity, cracks and loose mortar around the bricks of the wood burning fireplace, and cracks in the tiling of the Center Hall Foyer. Ed came over right away, was able to measure the level of humidity in the basement walls and floors to determine the severity of the problem. In addition, he was able to point out several major contributing foundational issues. He determined the root cause of these issues and provided a solution that would prevent further damage to the structural integrity of the home. Ed was able to design a plan to correct the deficiencies both inside and outside the home which included insufficient and compromised footings, a sinking foundation, a failing support structure to the basement staircase, improper waterproof coating on the basement floors and walls, and stress cracks in the foundation walls. Ed’s Team worked diligently and installed multiple footings to stabilize the foundation, including rebar, hydraulic cement, wire lathing and titanium strapping to provide maximum support and stability to the foundation of the home and garage inner wall. The team built scaffolding to reach the height of the exterior chimney and rebuilt the compromised chimney footing, cracks in the chimney shoulder, and detached flu. On the inside his mason repaired the facial mortar and gaps between the chimney and the wood flooring. Ed’s Team was in my home for nearly 2 weeks working to correct these serious issues. The amount of digging and handling of heavy construction equipment they had to utilize was massive. They all worked tirelessly and went above and beyond. They were courteous, productive, and did not impact my daily activities of life during that time. They meticulously cleaned all the areas and left no debris. We were so pleased with their attitude and work ethic. Ed is knowledgeable, meticulous, patient and great at what he does. "Tom showed up promptly as scheduled ready to go! In the process of working on the main bathroom shower walls it was discovered that additional work needed to be done. Tom discussed my options and was willing to carefully attempt to remove existing tiles that I was unable to have replaced as they no longer manufactured the Italian tiles we purchased 20+ years ago. This also added an additional day to the job and Tom was very understanding and hoped his other clients would be as well with the thought that if it were happening to them he would handle the same way! Tom helped us to address an ongoing issue we had with the wall he repaired and it came out looking brand new!! To move things along, Tom also brought in another "handy man" by the name of Corey. He completed all of the work in the dining room and the upstairs bathroom. Corey's work was commensurate with the level of craftsmanship I've come to expect from a job completed by Tom himself! "Fernando Ortiz and The Bright Construction Stone team are the best in the business! From start to finish it was an absolute pleasurable experience and my wife and I even gained a new friend in Fernando. We hired BCS for an apartment conversion (2 side by side apartments into 1) and COMPLETE remodel. This was our first renovation and being “newbies” as well as hearing horror stories we were nervous, fearful, and anxious about the road ahead. From the first time we met Fernando he was professional, understanding, and put us both at ease with the whole renovation. He answered any and all questions, gave personal as well as EXPERT input, and always made sure we were comfortable before going forward with any part of the project. Fernando answered the phone personally and was easy to contact throughout our 4 month renovation. He met us before work, after work, and even on weekends. Fernando nearly guaranteed a date of completion and we finished RIGHT ON SCHEDULE! We had a vision for how we wanted our finished home to look and Fernando and The Bright Construction Stone team exceeded our expectations. We HIGHLY recommend BCS for any and all renovations. We now have our dream home but if we ever need any work in the future we will be using Fernando and The Bright Construction Stone team."

"These. Guys. Are. The. Best. We had a 3/4 perimeter french drain installed and two unfinished dirt floors paved over with cement. My experience was great - from Steve taking me through the process and discussing options - to Giovanni and his crew getting the work done - they were punctual, courteous, and (boy were they) FAST! Basement immediately started to dry out. I'd say, from what I know, that this company is a bit of a premium, but you get what you pay for - they've got a long-standing presence, so they won't disappear overnight like it seems some companies do. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!"
