Bill's employees were unfailingly polite and always willing to answer questions and share daily progress and next-steps in the work flow. There was a hiccup with the plaster sub-contractor but that was not a reflection on Perry Bros. Almost a year after project completion and we're still extremely satisfied with the work completed."

He also suggested vendors to work with and suggested meeting them to choose materials (which was the other cost of course). That was very helpful. Jeff was always available via text or phone. Mostly text. He was the point person if I had concerns. Always gracious. Happy to weigh in if I wasn't sure about something. He has a number of people who he works with and they were all very professional and everyone always cleaned up when they left for the day. The project started out as a porch window replacement with an architect drawing plans, but once we started construction, we discovered that the whole underneath part was rotting and needed reconstruction. Pedro and his crew were hard working, reliable and careful, and his price for all of the work was very reasonable. When something went awry late in the construction, Pedro took it seriously and got people over within hours to locate the issue and fix the problem. Even though the project ended up being much more difficult than initially expected, there were never any unexpected charges and the additional work was at a consistent high level. We recommend Crystal Renovations without reservation and have several neighbors using them now for small-to-medium sized projects."

"<strong>BEAUTIFUL, METICULOUS, RESPECTFUL</strong>. We had water damage due to ice dams taking out half of our dining room ceiling, exterior downstairs bathroom wall, kitchen ceiling.    He called me and arrived on time for our first meeting and always arrived on time for the rest of the visits.through the contract. The prep was amazing.  They did everything they should in regards to going over old oil paint for the molding, which other painters did not do for our upstairs.  They did not cheat in anyway by just painting it over like some contractors.  They always arrived on time as scheduled, the clean up was fabulous.  They laid down drop cloths, protected the hardwood floors.  When I say they did a meticulous job I mean it.  They scraped around the window frames, the china cabinet, then sanded and patched and skim coated areas in the wall.  I have never experienced such precision when it comes to painting.  The ceiling is far more beautiful than it ever was and they had to replace half of it.  Humberto was patient when I wanted to add recessed lighting which was not really part of his plan or within his timeframe but he let it go and I was able to get the electricians in on time and it worked out fine.  They are trustworthy, friendly and just perfect.   <br /> <br />"
