"I found M&M Construction on Angi. We had a leak in the basement from our foundation. I called two companies to get an estimate and M&M came in about a third of the price for roughly the same work, though their guarantee was about half (10 years) of the other company. Modesto and his sons were excellent--professional, prompt, detailed, and efficient. They sealed the foundation, installed a French drain, and buried the leaders so the gutters wouldn't deposit water along the foundation. They even replanted all of our shrubbery and laid down loom and grass seed to regrow the grass alongside of the house. They regularly communicated via text so I always knew what to expect. I later hired them to do interior work after a plumbing problem which they did once again with excellence. Modesto found the problem and suggested ways to mitigate future problems without trying to upsell me. This project involved pulling out sheetrock and finished carpentry, water mitigation, rebuilding walls, carpentry, and painting. Though it took them longer than expected because of the extent of the damage, he charged the same price that he had quoted. The work was excellent. This company will be on speed dial."

From quote of project to time line. I cannot say enough about the expertise of the workers which matched their work ethic. Always making sure every detail was on point and approved by me. A full Bathroom update plus laying over 300 square feet of tile with full demo of both areas. To come under 3 weeks speaks to the diligence of their work. " WATCH OUT FOR FRAUD warning is all we can do! If you consider calling ALL-STAR be careful! We are from MA. We called them because they bought customer lists from One Service Pros who we knew. Our tenant called that the water tank blew. We were coming to town on other things, so we called on Thursday 7/31 the first date they had was the next Mon. We waited as they had previously done some AC work. We arrived at 2 to find the tech James Hill. His first words were you're not going to be happy! He said we had 5 leaks in our main. To prove it he told his helper to close the house valve and showed us dial spin at meter. To shorten all his lies, he convinced us to use a Tankless at $5k+ and the main was $12k+. He got us to sign estimates as we needed it done. later WE tested valve. When WE shut it, all stopped. in AM called KUB and usage only spiked when heater blew. We emailed to cancel they tried to charge a cancel fee! After Bcc our lawyer, owner, Tony met us. later said he fired them"

"Jean did great job explaining what we needed to repair and we knew it is only a temporary fix of our bathroom tile. It buys us time until we can do a full remodel we are not ready for. They completed the project in two days allowing us to get back to using the shower in quick time. Would hire again. Reasonable price all things considered these days "
