"We asked Sage come over to look at our lawn where we had major drainage issue from our neighbor who is slightly uphill from us. Sage called in advance informing us that he is running late, which is fine with us, and we appreciate it for the call very much. Once he is onsite, he took a thorough look at our property, and told us his diagnosis, basically this issue is caused by the problem on the neighboring property. He said he can fix the problem for us on our side, but he suggested us to talk to the neighbor first and see if they can address the issue on their side first, because he thinks once our neighbor fix on their side, there shouldn't be any issue anymore. He even went beyond and offered to talk to our neighbor on our behalf! We were new to the neighbor hood , and didn't have much idea on how to approach our neighbor on this kind of issue. Sage's willingness to help is beyond our expectation. In the end, our neighbor did agree to fix on their side, so we didn't need to do anything. However, we have no doubt in our mind that if we ever need anything done to our lawn, Sage's service will be the only one we would consider. thank you!

And this year we were battered with alot of snow and their crew has beeb great with their timely response to our house (on a route) and even come late into the night (after snow stops) if necessary. They plow our driveway which has a steep upward slope and they also clear ALL of our walkways, decks, and entry areas with shovels and ice melt. Their crew is fast and efficient. Once or twice out of more than 10 times, I believe I had to call them back to re-do or complete an area (due to new crew not knowing our property) and they came right back out quickly and completed. "I purchased the $149 deal for 6 hours of work. I received an email about a week or so later asking when I wanted the work to be done but I was on vacation. I replied when I returned and waited for a response. After about a week I called and left a voicemail. I received a return call and set up a date. On the scheduled date I received a call that the worker had not showed up so I rescheduled for later date based on my availability. The worker showed up on the scheduled date and did a fantastic job. I provide lawn and leaf bags and gloves, but he actually brought his own leaf blower. He bagged all of the leaves and pulled all of the weeds around our shed, which included old raspberry bushed with thorns. Scheduling could have been a little better but in the end we were very happy with the work for the price we paid."
