"The other day I noticed water on the kitchen floor. When I opened the cabinet under the sink it was flooded with water. I needed a plumber so I called Petri Plumbing. It was my first time using them but I was really happy with the service. Chris PETRI, who was very pleasant on the phone, called to confirm the appointment and they sent me an email too. They also send you an email, with the picture of the technician who is coming, so you don’t have to worry about letting a stranger in. The technician Jeremy who came to do the work was great, especially given the current pandemic. He came fully protected with mask etc; even wearing shoe coverings which he replaced each time re-entering the house. He replaced the entire spray faucet fixture the same day and unlike other plumbers I’ve had, left the area spotless. I was extremely happy with PETRI Plumbing and would definitely use them again."

"The gentleman Roberto was so professional. He is also very detailed oriented. He took his time. His work was neat and clean and top notch. He was very informative, super knowledgeable and informed us about other services that are available threw the company . He is a true asset to this company from the emergency we had to the phone calls to diana and mutiable calls (in the evening)candice was so patient.So the both locations that we had simultaneously had leaks and were serviced, we literally had two emergencies and two location, and the company handled it, In the future if there's any other plumbing to be done I will be calling them back. "They came out on a weekend and we're our saving grace during one of the most frustrating experiences we've had in this house. We couldn't use any plumbing without flooding the basement with sewage, it was early stay at home days, and we felt like we would go mad. They showed up and gave us an price for replacing the broken pipe, and set in to work. They worked for the entire weekend essentially, staying extremely late at night and showing up early the next morning, and at one point driving far out at night to get supplies since their usual local place was closed (again, quarantine time) . The reason it took so long was because after opening up the floor to get to the end of the pipe to replace it they found more damaged pipes, and replaced those as well. By the end of it they had spent the entire weekend on a job they expected to only last an afternoon, had charged us not nearly enough for the amount of work they did, and fixed a leaking bidet we had for free for good measure. They also advised us to do camera scan to look for any other problems, which they couldn't do until the water drained out, and even did an initial mop of the basement (which, remember, sewage flooding). I'm honestly half convinced these people are magic helpful brownies or something, it's unreal how helpful they were! Somehow our drier which has not succeeded in drying clothes for over a year has started working in a single cycle since they left, despite the fact they didn't even do anything with it, and in fact specifically said they don't do driers and offered to recommend someone else when we mentioned it. Suffice to say, I cannot recommend them highly enough"

"This was an ongoing project as we were replacing floors and subfloors in our 2nd floor rental unit. Radiators that had been painted over for many years needed to be removed (tough job just loosening the pipes). Before the floor work was completed plumbers returned to measure for relocation of radiators. Finally, they came back after flooring work to install radiators and test them. Additionally, we needed to install a dishwasher in the kitchen where no pipes existed for one. Space was very tight but pipes were installed to accommodate the dishwasher as well as an existing wash machine. This was all difficult work! They were on time and did all the work very well. We would definitely hire again."
