"Milestone did a very good job at repointing (removing the old, crumbling mortar and replacing it with fresh, new waterproof mortar). Mik is very professional and is fair in his pricing. "John prides himself in providing quality and excellent workmanship. My particular deck would have been better torn down and replaced but because of the overall size that was not possible on my budget. I attempted to take on this project and did not have the skills or help needed to correct a deck that had been built in two stages and both were not level.  Johns crew spent time correcting this poorly built deck.   Upon completion of the deck flooring being installed. I was impressed and feel he achieved well beyond my expectations  He is a man of his word. The decks overall width was 21 feet wide by a minimum of 16 then tapering down to go around a above ground poo with a diving deck.  The perimeter of the deck was picture framed so that 20 foot board could be installed without any seams  A hidden deck fastening system was used.to provide a clean look. The railing system was black and with the grey boards against the grey siding updated the entire back yard. In many ways this deck was rebuilt and I feel despite the cost .
