"Royal Roofing did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. When it came to the roof, they arrived at 7:30am and were done by 3pm. Before they began working everything was carefully tarped and protected – including the neighbor’s house. Throughout the project, Mike, the project manager, kept us up-to-date about the progress with pictures taken from a drone. The drone pictures were also given to us for our records. We had the gutters done on another day, and once again, the job was done right. There was attention to detail from start to finish. Both Mike, and Jamie who worked on the gutters, took pride in their work. The roof, gutters and soffits look great. The old roofing and gutters and the mess that goes with the jobs was removed and everything was cleaned up before they left. Mike, the project manager, was great. He came to our house with a drone for the estimate and familiarized us with the work that they do and the warranties that come with the job. All of our questions were answered and written estimates provided. While the roof was being worked on Mike was onsite making sure that everything ran smoothly. He interacted well with the neighbors and put everyone at ease. When the gutters were done, he kept in touch and once again, everything went well. I definitely recommend them and would hire them again."

He sent me pictures of the areas on the roof that were missing shingles and spot pointing that was needed on my chimney. Steve sent me a written estimate for the scope of the work and included a 1 year guarantee for the repair work. Steve and his crew came out the very next day and completed all the repairs. The job itself was multifaceted in that it included designing and building an elevated 500+ sq ft Trex deck with multiple built in benches including a storage bench and a sophisticated railing and lighting system. Not only did they do great job but John was able to make suggestions throughout to improve on our thoughts. Additionally they designed and installed a herringbone pattern paver patio incorporating two borders. They also replaced a sliding French door and associated siding. They were here everyday on time, were self sufficient which was important because of Covid and put away the tools and materials before they left each day. I tend to be very tough as I expect perfection and they came about as close to that as anyone can. Any questions were dealt with immediately.
