"Milestone did a very good job at repointing (removing the old, crumbling mortar and replacing it with fresh, new waterproof mortar). Mik is very professional and is fair in his pricing. Communication with him was never an issue. His crew are very nice guys who did an excellent job. The finished job did not look like someone fat-fingered the mortar into place. The job itself was multifaceted in that it included designing and building an elevated 500+ sq ft Trex deck with multiple built in benches including a storage bench and a sophisticated railing and lighting system. Not only did they do great job but John was able to make suggestions throughout to improve on our thoughts. Additionally they designed and installed a herringbone pattern paver patio incorporating two borders. They also replaced a sliding French door and associated siding. They were here everyday on time, were self sufficient which was important because of Covid and put away the tools and materials before they left each day. I tend to be very tough as I expect perfection and they came about as close to that as anyone can. Any questions were dealt with immediately. I really have no complaints and my suggestion would be to book them as soon as possible."
