After doing the inspection of the roof, Justin and his team gave me detailed analysis of what was going on and what my options were. While the best option would be to replace the whole roof. Justin and his team were honest about the cost and offered to fix the issue first and see if held up. If it worked I could save some money. So they went ahead and fixed the roof. And voila had no issues after that. They were able to resolve the issue at a fraction of the cost for me. Highly recommend, straight forward and honest."

Unfortunately, the company I paid to do the service had no idea what they were doing so they had to replace parts and repair others to make it secure. They were so professional, kind and courteous. They were thorough and transparent with all that needed to be done. I learned so much because they explained everything in detail. They even went above and beyond by hanging my hammock and moving plant hangers. They are my go-to people for anything that is structural and roof related from now on.
