"Straight Forward was one of the many fencing companies that my boyfriend and I had come out to give us an estimate when we were looking to get a new fence. Our whole experience with Straight Forward was remarkable, from start to finish. The owner, Gary was so personal, in comparison to the other companies we had come out. Before we even received a quote back, we knew we wanted to hire his company, regardless of the price (which ended up being very reasonable and awesome anyways). It seemed that he knew what he was doing and he was even informative to us And let us know the process of what his crew would be doing. Once the polite and respectful workers began to work, they were done within less than two days. Keep in mind how impressive this is due to the fact that we had two gates installed, a front fence on both sides of our house, and the remaining perimeter of our decent sized backyard. Once the fence was finished being installed, the workers had cleaned up all of the trash and it was like they had never been there! Except for the fact that we now have a beautiful, new fence to adore. We would hire Straight Forward again in a heart beat and would recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done!"

I love that my property is now considered a focal point because of the vinyl fencing installed by South Star Fence LLC. "The past few years we have completed a fair number of renovations around our house. During this time, we have come across business that have been criminal (stole our $$), been ok, better than average and exceptional. I can honestly say Fence & Deck Connection falls in the EXCEPTIONAL category. Our journey with F&D began with me filling out their online forum. Jeff W soon emailed me back and we set up an appt. Our sales person was Kevin B and he was very thorough and took the time to explain everything and answered our questions. He even replied to emails outside normal working hours. When he left one felt confident that the work that was to be done was going to be done to a very high standard. What really surprised me was the price. We had quotes form 3 other businesses, and they were not really that close. 1 was close but the contract was vague, so not well put together like F&D. I talked to Kevin about time to get the fence installed, he stated 2-4 weeks. I explained we had been told timeframes from other salesmen, then you put down the deposit and unexpectantly, the time frame given was much longer. He assured me that was not the case and put me in touch with Cheryl T. Superb lady to chat with and she assured me they had been meeting that 2-4-week window, even in their busier parts of the season. True to her word, once we signed the contract and put down the deposit via credit card (which happened quickly) the fence was installed in 13 days. They (Kevin and Cheryl) listened to that timeline concern and got the job done exceptionally well, just exceptional customer service. The appointed production manager for the install of the fence was Francisco C. To no surprise another outstanding gentleman. He came to the house at the arranged time and we walked through the process again, laid out the fence with flags (so one does not have to be home on install day) Again answered my questions, went over what takes place on Install day, just an outstanding fellow. Day of the fence install, the crew of 3 and Francisco should up around 0830 and quickly got to work. I have cameras all around my house and I checked up on their progress throughout the day and I can attest that these 3-gentleman worked very effectively and were very proud of their work. I was amazed that they were about to complete the whole fence in 1 day. So fast is good, but how did it look? Amazing, super straight, level and sturdy. Very impressive work. I would like to thank Jeff W, Kevin B, Cheryl T and Francisco C and the fence crew for an outstanding experience. They all listened to our concerns/questions and not once did they drop the ball. Sorry for this lengthy review, I feel if a company takes the time to provide quality service, the least I can do is take the time to write a review. I know this review may sound too positive, but it truly has been an exceptional experience from start to finish."

"Tom did a great job installing the fence in my backyard. It took a few weeks to order the materials and schedule a date, but once he arrived, the work was done quickly and very well, for WAY less than other quotes I had received. Other quotes were nearly double the price. Highly recommended!"

"Montco was one of 3 fence installers we had out to give an estimate on installing a vinyl privacy fence in our yard. Bill (the owner, I believe) came and one of the first things he said was that we should just do wire along the back of the yard instead of vinyl since there is already a wall of evergreen trees there. It would save us a big chunk of money (probably about 2K) and also make the yard feel less boxed in. He was the only one of the 3 contractors to suggest this and it made us feel like he actually cared. He listened to our concerns about keeping the fence as low as possible to keep the dogs in and was the only contractor who seemed fully confident in his ability to get the fence installed on a sizable incline without stepping the panels."

"Gary Pierrtti designed and installed a curved front brick walkway, an L shaped side brick walkway for our new home last fall. We are delighted with his work and have received so many compliments from our neighbors. Gary just completed a major patio installation for us for our sloped backyard. He put in a curved retaining wall that also serves as extra seating around the fire pit also made out of interlocking pavers. As I was completely overwhelmed with decision making from doing a major demolation/remodel of the inside of the house, my husband and I gave Gary freedom to pick colors and design for the patio project. Who does that? Someone who has used Gary for major projects over the last decade and has always been so happy with his eye for design, color and work. The walkways Gary installed 9 years ago in our old house look as good now as they did when he first did the work.
