The main thing for me was trust, having so many contractors take advantage of me in the past I was cautious. I explained to Alex what I was looking for and he delivered my perfect deck. I gave my deposit and my new deck was complete in 2 days and wow what a job they did. On time, worked until completion, excellent work, they cleaned up and even washed the finished deck before leaving. "These guys are no joke, they worked non-stop for 12 hours to replace a 62x10 driveway. I was very impressed as were my neighbors who requested their numbers. I will recommend them to all my clients as I am a realtor. They even came back the day after to seed grass and cover it with some hay, which was not in the scope of work, they protected the shed and the house with paper against potential splash of concrete, I couldn't be happier with their work and I interviewed 4 other potential contractors, no-one came close to the professionalism and expertise Erik displayed and executed at a very fair price. "Wayne at Newcrete was very easy to work with, and we quickly reached a deal for him to repair a large crack and seal the driveway and the small sidewalk that connected it. Two Technicians arrived first, explaining what the job entailed, and began setting up to begin the work. Wayne, the Owner, arrived shortly afterward and gave them final directions prior to going to another worksite. The technicians worked methodically to first repair the crack and then apply the seal for the driveway and sidewalk. This took some time because the driveway had to be power-washed and dried before the sealant was applied. When completed, the technicians showed me the work that was completed, and they roped off the area that had been worked on. The work was methodical and completed with care and professionalism. They are so extremely professional and still very easy to talk to, Extremely personal so you felt at ease throughout the entire job, they are sticklers to details, they are perfectionists. I hired them to install to demo, take out, then regrade and install a 38 or 36 feet sidewalk in my backyard. I sure wish I found them years ago because Now I want to hire them for every single project so have been wanting to get down for years but was afraid because I have never met a contractor or handyman that didn’t try to get over and didn’t know what they were doing or made worse but now this company have totally renewed my faith and everyone I talk to and everywhere I go I refer them.
