"Michael was very responsive to my request for help. I always previously told by Homestar that the water stains I was seeing in the ceiling in a few locations was due to the ridge vents that needed to be replaced. And that I needed a new roof with a 40k estimate for the roof. Micheal showed up and advised the leaks were from nail pops and the ridge vent and shingles were all fine. He provided photos and explained more will probably pop but the best option was to replace the faulty ones for now and check for any new next year. Finally a responsive, polite professional not looking to rip people off from the get go."

The quote provided shortly after was significantly better than installers who were closer. The materials drop off and the install happened on the specified dates. The installers were competent and professional and the replacement was completed in a day. The work was excellent and the materials were of very high quality, with a long warranty.
