Prior to him, another contractor has asked me to change a much larger portion of the roof with a high cost estimate but John felt that the only a part of roof needed to be repaired. His pricing was reasonable. Came back with his crew and did a fantastic job. His men did not fix a small part of the wall shingle properly. John came back again and fixed it promptly.
