Customers say: True professional

"We worked with David. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Extremely professional which is hard to find these days. We had a tree which our deck was built around by the previous owner. We got tired of walking around it. David and his crew not only cut the tree but he also coverd the hole on the the deck with boards that we provided. The also cut it into smaller pieces so I could split the wood. They cleaned up their work area. They also laid out the gravel and sand base so l had a great start on installing my patio pavers. David doesn't mind at all doing even small jobs such as ours. Need an excellent landscaping service, the look no further than Nely's Landscaping!"

"The technician did a good job and was quite professional and efficient.  The cost of  replacing a sprinkler head was about twice the cost of any other company I have used.  It is clear that they use a "special" to get the job then charge exorbitant prices for any other work to be done.  They recognize that sprinkler heads are constantly being damaged by the winter freezing-thawing cycle.
I will definitely not be using this company again.  It is definitely more economical to pay a little more upfront (usually $90 to $100) for having the unit turned on but saving on any heads that needed to be replaced.  Last year I had to have 3 or 4 heads replaced.

"Kevin and his father did a fabulous job! We needed to have our trees trimmed, weeds removed, and hedge cut/removed. They both worked efficiently, completing each task required, were courteous and professional. Very easy to talk to and very pleasant to work with. Additionally, they cleaned up the area spotlessly and hauled away all the debris. We would definitely use them again."

FAQs for interlocking pavers for driveways & floors installation projects in Newark, IL

Installing interlocking pavers takes between four and 10 days, depending on the project's size and complexity. The process involves careful excavation, precise leveling, and building a stable base before placing the pavers. Larger projects or challenging site conditions may require more time to ensure a durable and attractive result that stands the test of time.

It's not recommended to place pavers directly on dirt. For the best results, you'll need to lay a foundation of gravel or sand to create a leveled and compacted base. This ensures proper drainage below the pavers, preventing erosion and shifting over time. An uneven or unstable base can cause the pavers to move or settle improperly, affecting the appearance and longevity of your installation.

Installing interlocking pavers yourself involves rigorous preparation and careful execution. This DIY approach requires excavation, precise leveling, and building a proper base using gravel or sand to ensure stability. The project demands at least two to three full days of intensive manual work and the use of specialized tools. Alternatively, hire a paver installer for professional results.

Concrete stone and clay brick pavers are the top choices for homeowners. They offer robust performance and an attractive finish that elevates outdoor living areas. These materials are engineered for superior durability and design flexibility, ensuring long-term strength and style. Selecting the right paver type maximizes the overall appeal and functionality of your space while meeting all design and performance standards.
