During the walkthrough BEFORE the work started, Dominick pointed out a few things and we came up with a plan for the project. Dominick and his crew showed up on time every day and worked non-stop until the project was completed. The work was excellent! When electrical and plumbing issues came up, Dom found a solution. He was a pleasure to work with. Always responsive to every question or idea. He had great suggestions along the way and really took pride in his work. The project lasted a month when others had taken 6-8weeks and stayed very close to budget even though I had made a few additions to the original proposal. As a landlord I have used many contractors over the years. HD Renovations were the best! I look forward to working with them in the future!"

"It is the 2nd time I hired them it was opposite of the 1st. It was everything you worry about with contractors. Professionalism: Constantly foul cursing arguments. It made my infant baby cry and my wife upset. His last text was I should have given you a middle finger. LOW CLASS Cost: He lowered cost on the job as a repeat customer but complained about it every day. It was used as an excuse for why he delayed the job and needed to cut corners. He made me pay full price for an unfinished job so I finished it myself Quality: It was measure once cut twice instead of measure twice cut once. Most materials were ready at the start for weeks. He had plenty of time to measure and plan it out. Instead the installs were misaligned. When things broke his 1st words was it is not my fault or it came out of the box that way. Then threatened to charge me to fix it. He picked low quality products & complained when I changed to a better product. Details were ignored, unfinished, trim wrong color"

"Advanced Construction and Development is an amazing company. They remodeled my two old bathrooms and exceeded my expectations in every way. As luck would have it, I found them on Angieâ s List. Valery, their project manager, was incredibly responsive throughout the entire project. She was knowledgeable, reassuring, gave guidance when necessary, and completely supported my vision. Additionally, she answered all of my (many) questions calmly and remained patient with my input. Valery is a most excellent collaborator. Danillo and his team worked tirelessly. Also, they were careful to protect my condo from dust, which was a major task in and of itself, since the bathrooms had old, thick tiles lining every inch of the walls and ceilings. They worked in a most timely fashion, all while keeping an easy-going, cheerful disposition.
