"I needed to replace heat cable that no longer functioned. I had the old stuff taken out when I had my gutters cleaned last summer. After our early snows this winter, it was clear I needed to replace them. I contacted Scott through Home Advisor on Tuesday, he came over Wednesday morning to give me an estimate and was here on Friday morning to install the new heat cable. Being able to get a job like this done in the middle of January in Rochester is amazing! Scott and Damian were easy to work with, very responsive, professional and did a good, clean job, on time. "The man who came out was very nice. He dealt with the immediate problem (holes in the house) and did a thorough search of the interior and exterior of the home. I have a preference for more organic substances to be used over more harsh chemicals and they were able accomodate that preference. They are scheduled to come back out later this month as part of the ongoing services I purchased.
