Based on their assurances, we confirmed the project 2.5 months before the federal tax credit deadline, expecting timely completion. To proceed, we canceled another installer with a faster timeline and stopped pursuing two others offering better pricing. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced. From signing onward, there were no proactive updates?only delayed responses after repeated follow-ups. After weeks of asking for an installation timeline, we were told at the last minute they were short-staffed and couldn?t finish in December. This left us no time to find alternatives, causing us to lose the federal tax credit. This feels like a bait-and-switch tactic: promises made to secure our business, then failure to deliver, resulting in significant financial harm. It took a month before the system was functional again, but our battery was also taken out in the melt down. We were told it would take a few weeks to get the paperwork through the system to warranty out our battery. They answered the phone immediately, understood the problem and sent out a very experienced electrician in a very timely manner. They were able to warranty out our existing battery and we decided to order an additional battery through their company. The new battery was only half the cost from the first one that was installed by the original company. They were fast, friendly and professional. I would hire them again in a heart beat."

We had used Greensavers once before for blown-in wall insulation on our cedar-sided craftsman house and so included them in our search for a replacement for our approx 30y/o furnace. The were competitive on the bid and were knowledgeable in going whole-house with a ducted heat pump. They had great communication and were upfront about how long it would take to schedule us in (equipment delays) and they kept to that schedule. Their crew was one of the best we have worked with especially Charlie the project manager and their install lead, Javier. The system is very quiet (Mitsubishi) and we love the more constant temperature it maintains in our house. We also were interested in better air filtration and followed their recommendation to upgrade to a electrostatic filter. I would not hesitate to recommend them highly for any heat pump installation."
