"Capital Palmetto Builders (CPB) did a great job on my roof. Darryl Phelps kept me informed during the entire process and treated the installation as if he was doing his own home. Darryl even provided status reports with pictures to let me know how the job was progressing and when the job would be complete. CPB used a drone to inspect the roof to eliminate the risk of further damage by walking around on the existing shingles. The drone images also provided an opportunity to show me what different color options I had on deciding which shingle to choose. I thought I only had a small leak that needed repair; however, I had much more damage than expected and the entire roof was replaced for my insurance deductible only! Darryl worked closely with the insurance adjuster to get full approval without me having to get involved which eliminated any interruption to my busy work schedule.
