I got six bids from different paving companies in the Circleville area and DeGroodt’s price was mid range. I selected them based on the questions they answered from my research and also I looked at their website and the work they did Chris also had one of his guys, Benny, repair my stonewall. Benny did an excellent job. The first day they came to “prep” the driveway. The next day they came to lay the asphalt down. They came on time both days and worked fast and efficiently. They had 5 guys and all the proper equipment for the job. The guys worked professionally and did an amazing job. My driveway looks so good that my next-door neighbor had Chris and DeGroodt do their driveway the next day."

I had actually selected a different company to do the job at first (Ever Ready) based on their positive reviews here and their estimate not being much higher, but after several failed attempts to schedule the job (they never called back when they said they would), I decided to go with Wells. After the first scheduled date got pushed back due to a storm, they showed up promptly the next day. It was a three-man team. They showed up at 9 AM and were finished with the job by lunchtime.
