"Jason was very professional and went right to work figuring out what was wrong and getting it fixed! (We had an old copper drain pipe in the wall with a pretty big hole in it) He also was very considerate in how he could accomplish the job and do the least amount of damage to the wallboard, etc. We were very pleased and will call on them again in the future."

"We had a main water line leak between two houses on our property. We received 4 estimates to replace the pipe. All recommended replacing vs trying to repair the pipe. Advanceds’ estimate wasn't the lowest, there was one lower estimate but we elected to go with them because their technicians (Jason and Taz) were so helpful and so pleasant. We felt we could trust them to do a good job as quoted and do it on time. This job was difficult as the main line lies underground beneath asphalt driveway and lawn. The asphalt and the lawn are separated by a low wooden retaining wall. The plan was to dig a trench straight through from house to house and replace the existing pipe with a new pipe. We would later have to repave the trench which would be roughly 50’ long. In addition, we would probably have to rebuild the older retaining wall. The day of the project the owner of the company, Sam, studied the situation and came up with a different plan. He and his team were able to push the pipe through the sleeve which held the broken pipe!! This prevented any need to dig!! No digging!! No breaking up the asphalt, no need to repave, no need to reseed the lawn, no need to fix the retaining wall!! Done. In a matter of hours. Can you imagine our relief? Our actual invoice was for less than half of what was originally quoted. Sam also saved us a lot of money in future repaving and possibly repairing the short retaining wall costs. Sam is not only very knowledgable but is a man with integrity. My feeling throughout this experience with Advanced is that we were all on the same team. Props as well to Isha who works in the office. Isha patiently answered all of our questions and was helpful all around. All scheduling was quick and punctual and we were kept in the loop through it all. A great team who take pride in their work! We highly recommend Advanced Professional."

"Technition was very knowledgeable actually I learn a few things about plumbing left area of work clean excellent job nice guy would hire again and tell my neighbors about this company thank you"

"Their technician was friendly and knowledgeable (plus our dog loved him!). He explained everything he was doing and finding clearly and cleaned up after himself."

"I found Joe's Plumbing on Home Advisor. I needed an old oil tank removed from my crawl space. The job was done carefully and professionally. Joe saved me money too. While there they also repaired my drain waste system and fixed my low water pressure by replacing old half inch pipe with three quarter inch. I was most impressed by the easy communication, promptness, respect and courtesy of Joe and crew. He is my plumber of choice now. I have lived in my home for 33 years. Finally I have a great, reliable and reasonable plumber!"

"Anthony arrived at the promised time. He worked to clear a basement drain clogged with hardened grease, and had to use two different sized electric augers to gain access to the problem from two directions. He thoroughly explained prospective costs in clearing this clogged cellar drain before he started work in October 2015. The man knows how to use his equipment well, yet he worked for two hours before completing the job. His fee was reasonable. But in June 2016 the same job was less complicated than before, required less time and was done during the normal business day (about noon), and not after 5 pm as during the first call, yet the charges were noticeably higher. It is better to get an estimate before you agree to any project."

"I ve used Newburgh Plumbing and Heating several times for various reasons, usually on rehab projects. Most recently though, I had to call him for a backup at my house, on a Saturday evening, in the snow. I am not kidding. John arrived within the hour and cleared the blockage, and while it was not the cheapest, it was his response time and proficiency that would lead me to recommend NPH to others."
