"During heavy rain and snow melt our sump pump was overloaded and spraying water all over our basement. This happened at 7:30pm. We called Kobella and the scheduler promptly got back to me and told me that Jeremy would be out shortly and that he would call when he was on his way. He did, and he was on time. He quoted us a fair price for the repair before he started doing the work and we proceeded. He replaced some cracked piping and a valve in a very short amount of time (45 min) and was on his way.
