"It was actually one of the BEST experience I have had with repairs and upgrades to my home. I am a retired General Contractor, (40 years in the trade), specializing in very high-end custom homes. I know quality, and it seems to be getting harder to find in any trade. I was VERY HAPPY to have been referred to C. Perez Sprinkler & Landscape. I met with 3 different "contractors" and Cipriano was the absolute BEST. There was no language barrier at all. Cipriano and his entire crew were VERY professional and thoughtful. Cipriano showed up EVERY DAY, and if for some reason he couldn't, he would text me. He kept in constant touch with me. That, in and of itself, was very enjoyable. He finished on time and within budget. He even threw in a little stuff. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH of very good compliments about Cipriano, his crew and the quality of work completed. He WILL be coming back for my back yard.!!!!! He does many more projects then what I hired him for, but if you need anything done, ( landscape, lawns, gardens, hardscape, etc. etc. ) I would highly recommend that you look him up and CALL HIM !!! From the initial consultation to the end of our project, Tom worked with us very closely to ensure our complete satisfaction. We re-landscaped our front and back yards, converting them from lawn to a drought resistant landscape, while meeting the criteria allowing us to receive a rebate from our water company. This time, the project included creating a paved walkway and enhancing the front yard with low-maintenance landscaping. One of the standout features of this project was the paved walkway they installed along the side of my home. This area had previously been a messy combination of dirt and gravel, making it inconvenient to move between the front yard and backyard, especially from the sliding door by our master bedroom. Brandon and Oz designed a smooth, attractive walkway that not only makes access between the two spaces seamless but also adds a polished look to the side of the house. Now, I can easily step out of the sliding door from our bedroom and have a direct, clean path to both the front and back yards. All was done in 2 days, and he even did a few little touch-up things with the landscape. we are considering having him do a stone wall at the property line shortly. We are very happy with his work"
