"Jake came in twice to meet with me to measure the length of the project and to provide me with quotes. He was always polite and professional and responded quickly to any online inquiries. Their price was similar to other quotes I got but after adding a second gate to the project and Hulme Fence honoring the 5% off Angie's List coupon I felt like I got a decent deal. They gave me a call on 08/26/2015 and we scheduled the installation for 09/01/2015. On that day a crew of two installers stopped by and installed the fence in one day. I had to point out few issues like spacing between the gate door and the gate posts but overall they did a good job of following the grade of our yard. I contacted the company on 09/09/2015 to point out few issues with the gates and few missing u-channels and the company owner stopped by on 09/12/2015 to inspect the fence. He installed bigger screws on both latches and after measuring one of the gates he said he will come back with a new gate because the one that was installed was crooked. About a week later they came back and installed a new gate. <br /> <br />"

"Overall things went great.  The guys worked hard, the fence looks great, and they were good about asking questions if they weren't sure about a particular section.  Our back area slopes quite a bit so the installer did an excellent job making sure it looked aesthetically pleasing, and also backfilled dirt in areas where there would have been gaps due to dips in our yard.  The only reason I didn't give A's all around was that we put down our initial payment, was told it would be 4-6 weeks to get material, and I received a call one morning while I was at work saying the guys were on the way.  I was happy they were coming but would have appreciated some advanced notice so I could be there when they showed up to do a quick walk through. <br />"

When he measured the distance it was a little less than I had told him since we decided not to have the fence go into the woods. He gave us a written estimate on the spot and we gave him a deposit. Josh spent a lot of time with me reviewing my options from putting in temporary railings to redoing both stairs (they need it) and everything in between. He prepared estimates for a couple of the different options - which were in line with others I received. I am cash strapped since I just bought the house this year so I went with the temporary railings. the installation went great - did what they said they were going to do and cleaned up after.
