He spent several hours clearing it and making sure the water drained to the street. Also required replacing some section of pipe that had become clogged by roots. Project included correcting the grade for better drainage and hauling away the debris. Job was done in one day and at a very reasonable price. I should note Alvaro was the only contractor who came on-site before submitting a bid. Other contractors just bid based on photos."
