Shopping for different brands of siding from different installers can be overwhelming, and to be honest, vinyl siding wasnâ t on our radar as we checked options like hardie plank, PVC and composite siding from all kinds of manufacturers. It seemed like each quote from different installers was higher than the last, and many of those estimates excluded things like replacing gutters, which were removed in the process, or reconnecting exterior lighting, which would probably send the total cost to about 3x what we ended up paying. We went with the Alside Prodigy clapboard in 6â with foam insulation attached and couldnâ t be happier with how it looks. It has extremely clean lines and really spruced up our house. Joel and his crew worked until dark each day meticulously removing our old siding and working their way around the house with the new siding. "Manny and his crew did our home's siding (removal and replacement), new gutters, overhang, front and side door trim and door, repaired our deck, built us wooden stairs and established a drainage pipe under our lawn to catch our gutter water and sump pump water, plus a few other odd jobs and we are happy with every single one of them! He gave our house a total facelift and listened to all of our concerns as well as gave advice for how to make things look better, without overcharging us. It was a fair price for work well done, the crew was courteous and hardworking, and they cleaned up after themselves. "Generally Pleasant experience from quoting to completion and the people I interacted with are respectful and professional. New roof was done in one day and I was happy with the way they protected the surroundings of the house and my patio area, which had newly installed pavers. While replacing my roof I was slightly disappointed in the fact that they didn't bring to my attention a loose soffit and missing fascia board which they could have addressed while they were up there. It was the perfect opportunity and even if I had to pay a little extra the job would have been done. This wouldve avoided me the trouble of calling a different professional and going through the hassle of hiring and managing another (very minor) project. When you select a company that has the most and best reviews you almost expect them to blow you out of the water in terms of customer service/satisfaction. It would also be helpful to inform the customer who is in charge when the project manager steps away in case something comes up. The roof looks great otherwise and they did work with me on price and financing options."

"We have hired Cesar and his team for several jobs now, and wouldn't consider anyone else. From first contact to the completed project, we were impressed. After having some bad experiences with contractors it was such a relief to find a team of professionals. Not only do they complete the project, but they went above and beyond. For instance, while shoring up our main staircase, Cesar fixed a door that never closed right, now almost a year later it still closes! The projects we hired him for were to replace loose tiles in our tub/shower and fix the faucets as well. Just yesterday they finished removing tile and carpet from our kitchen, hallway and bathroom. They also installed a combination of vinyl plank flooring, tile and a bathroom vanity. The job took only 2 days. Overall Cesar and his team worked quickly and efficiently, in a timely manner and they cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend this operation."

"Siding is beautiful. Gutters are nice. Our 2 day job took 2 weeks to complete. During install an exterior electrical box needed to be maneuvered so Siding could go behind it. This threw off electrical to a building that was tied to that outlet. No response from the warranty team other than pay an electrician to fix us and forward the bill for reimbursement. I asked for this in writing and got nothing. The gutter pitch is off and we were guaranteed it would be fixed with the installation of the new gutters. It was not and water drains directly onto an electrical outlet. The warranty dept is radio silent. The billing team was very quick to send us reminders, the bill, and more reminders."
